These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Awesome Adventures Inc. website and services. By booking or browsing our site, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our secure platform.
  • We may accept deposits for certain tours; full payment is required before the tour date.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made by the deadline stated in your confirmation.
  • No-shows or late arrivals may forfeit the tour without refund.
  • Please review our full cancellation policy before booking.

3. Safety Requirements

  • All riders must meet minimum age, height, and experience requirements.
  • Helmets and safety gear are mandatory.
  • Guides reserve the right to remove guests who pose a safety risk or violate rules.

4. Personal Responsibility

  • You participate at your own risk. Awesome Adventures is not liable for injuries caused by negligence, unsafe behavior, or non-compliance with instructions.
  • A waiver must be signed by all participants prior to the tour.

5. Age Restrictions

  • Drivers must meet the minimum age set by tour type. Some experiences may allow minors to ride as passengers only.
  • Parent or legal guardian must complete waivers for minors.

6. Weather & Tour Changes

  • Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to extreme weather or safety concerns.
  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to rebook or issue a credit/refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Awesome Adventures Inc. and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Awesome Adventures Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Delays, injuries, or damages beyond our control
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Third-party service issues

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
