Terms and Conditions for Awesome Adventures Tours

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Awesome Adventures Inc. website and all services we provide. By booking a tour, browsing our website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our secure booking platform. We may require a deposit to hold your reservation, with the remaining balance due before your tour date. All tours are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued to you.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be submitted by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation. Cancellations made outside the allowed window, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of your tour without a refund. We strongly encourage all guests to review the full cancellation policy provided at the time of booking before completing their reservation.
3. Safety Requirements
The safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority. All riders must meet the minimum age, height, and experience requirements specific to their chosen tour. Helmets and all required safety gear are mandatory and non-negotiable. Our guides reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour who poses a safety risk, exhibits unsafe behavior, or fails to follow guide instructions. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
4. Personal Responsibility and Waivers
Participation in off-road ATV and RZR tours involves inherent risks. You participate at your own risk. Awesome Adventures Inc. is not liable for injuries resulting from negligence, unsafe personal behavior, or failure to comply with guide instructions. A liability waiver must be signed by all participants prior to the start of any tour. Guests who refuse to sign the waiver will not be permitted to participate.
5. Age Restrictions
Driver age requirements vary by tour type. Some experiences permit minors to ride as passengers only under the supervision of an adult. A parent or legal guardian must complete all required waivers on behalf of any minor participant. Please contact us before booking if you have questions about age requirements for a specific tour.
6. Weather and Tour Changes
Awesome Adventures reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours due to extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, we will make every reasonable effort to rebook your tour at a mutually agreed time or issue a credit or refund as appropriate.
7. Communication and SMS Policy
By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive booking confirmations, tour updates, and occasional promotional messages from Awesome Adventures Inc. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. To opt out of marketing messages at any time, simply reply STOP. To request assistance, reply HELP and our team will respond promptly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Awesome Adventures website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and video, is the property of Awesome Adventures Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Awesome Adventures Inc. shall not be held liable for delays, injuries, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, loss or theft of personal belongings during a tour, or issues arising from third-party services or vendors. Our total liability in any situation shall not exceed the amount paid for the tour in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nevada.
