What’s Included on an Awesome Adventures Tour (And Why It Matters)
If you’ve ever booked an “adventure” and realized halfway through you were basically paying to figure things out on your own… yeah, we’re not doing that.
At Awesome Adventures, we’re a guided experience, not rentals. That matters because your day runs smoother, feels safer, and honestly ends up being way more fun. You’re not guessing where to go, stressing about gear, or trying to decide if you’re “doing it right.” We handle the flow. You show up ready to ride and ready to be a kid again.
This post breaks down exactly what’s included on an Awesome Adventures tour and why those details matter more than people realize. Because when you’re spending your time and money, it shouldn’t be on surprises.
Quick Answer: What’s Included?
Here’s what guests love most about what’s included (and what makes the experience feel easy from start to finish).
Guided tour flow
We lead the route and pace so you can focus on having fun.
Free photos and videos
We capture the action and the group moments, delivered digitally.
Unlimited ice-cold water
Plus warm drink options on cooler days.
Clean modern safety gear + instructions
Helmet sock, helmet, goggles, gloves, and a real safety briefing.
Cooling support on hot days
Chilled towels or coolie neck ties, plus sunscreen available.
Private riding location
Clean desert trails away from crowds and packed dunes.
Dust-off service
We dust you off before you head back to Vegas.
Adventure Zone hangout
Shaded patio, clean restrooms, misters, music, and optional games and add-ons after your ride.
Now let’s break down why each of these actually matters.
Why “What’s Included” Is a Big Deal
There are two kinds of off-road days near Las Vegas:
One is “Here’s your vehicle, good luck.”
The other is a full experience with a plan, a guide, and the right details built in so the day feels smooth.
When people book Awesome Adventures, they’re usually trying to avoid the chaos. They want a real Nevada desert ride, but they also want it to feel organized, safe, and worth it.
The inclusions are what make the difference between:
“I’m glad we did that”
and
“That was the highlight of the trip.”
What the Ride-Only Tour Includes (The Fast, High-Impact Option)
If you’re looking at the Awesome Adventures Ride-Only RZR or ATV Tour, here’s what you’re really getting.
This tour is built for people who want a big adrenaline hit in a shorter time window, without feeling like they missed out.
Actual guided ride time
You’re getting a real guided ride on scenic private trails, not just a loop around a random area.
Two-hour tour flow (self-drive option)
Even though it’s called “ride-only,” it still includes your check-in flow, gear, briefing, ride time, and the Adventure Zone experience after.
Hotel pickup option (longer total time)
Pickup and drop-off turns it into a more hands-off experience (and the total time is longer because of transportation).
Adventure Zone hangout included
After the ride, you’re not rushed out. You can reset, cool down, hang with your group, and keep the experience going.
This is the tour for people who want maximum fun without giving up their whole Vegas day.
Free Photos and Videos (So You Can Stay Present)
This is one of the biggest reasons our guests love the experience.
You don’t have to spend the whole ride filming.
You don’t have to stress about group photos.
You don’t have to hand your phone to someone and hope it survives the dust.
We capture the action shots and the fun posed moments and deliver them digitally so your group leaves with content you actually want to share.
It also changes the energy during the ride. People are more present. More relaxed. More in the moment. And that’s when the best memories happen.
VIP Guide Support (The “No Experience Needed” Part)
A lot of people think “guided” just means someone is in front of you.
For us, it means your guides are actively keeping the experience smooth, safe, and fun.
That includes:
Making sure you’re comfortable with the vehicle before you start
Explaining spacing and pacing so the ride feels controlled
Helping first-timers feel confident fast
Keeping experienced riders smiling without letting things get reckless
Capturing photos and videos along the way
Making sure the whole group has a great time, not just the loudest person in it
And yes, we’re beginner-friendly, but we’re not beginner-only. We cater to both.
Clean Modern Gear + Safety Instructions (What You’re Actually Getting)
Safety gear isn’t just a checkbox. If gear is uncomfortable or gross, it ruins the vibe before you even start.
Here’s what’s included:
Helmet sock
Helmet
Goggles
Gloves
Safety instructions on how to operate your ATV or RZR
The safety briefing is also where people go from “I’m nervous” to “Wait, this is actually easy.”
It sets the tone. Smooth, confident, fun.
Unlimited Water + Cooling Support (Vegas Heat Is Not a Joke)
The desert is amazing, but it will humble you if you ignore hydration.
That’s why unlimited ice-cold water is included throughout the tour. On cooler days, we also offer warm drink options like coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.
On hot days, we go the extra mile with cooling support like chilled towels or coolie neck ties, plus sunscreen available.
This matters because the best rides happen when you’re not overheated, dehydrated, and grumpy.
Private Riding Location (No Packed Dunes, No Wasted Time)
This is one of the biggest hidden benefits.
Our tours run on private riding trails with clean desert routes away from crowds. That means:
Less waiting
Less congestion
More ride time
A smoother, safer flow for groups
Better scenery and better pacing
If you’ve ever seen those chaotic areas with tons of riders packed together, you already know why this matters.
Dust-Off Service (Because You’re Going Back to Vegas)
You’re in the desert. Dust happens.
The difference is, we don’t just send you back to the Strip looking like you crawled out of a sandstorm.
We dust you off before you head out, so you’re more comfortable for the ride back and you’re not stuck feeling gross the rest of the day.
If you’re doing dinner later, this is one of those details you don’t appreciate until you’ve done a dusty activity without it.
Adventure Zone Hangout (The Tour Doesn’t End When the Ride Ends)
This is where the experience goes from “fun ride” to “full day vibe.”
The Adventure Zone includes:
Shaded patio
Clean restrooms
Misters
Music
Time to relax, cool down, and hang with your group
And if you want to keep the fun going, there are optional extras like:
Hatchet throwing
Gel guns
Giant yard games
Friendly competition stuff that groups love
This is also where you can sit, laugh about the ride, and actually enjoy the moment.
Snacks and easy add-ons
On the Ride-Only tour, you can also add simple extras like:
A quick snack option
Souvenir bandanas
Upgrades for more ride time or a more advanced experience
Celebration and Group Add-Ons (What Makes Big Groups Love This)
If you’re planning a birthday, bachelor/bachelorette, reunion, wedding party, corporate outing, or team day, the add-ons are where the experience becomes personalized.
Some favorites include:
Celebration package
Photo ops with a celebration banner and props, plus a souvenir bandana for the guest of honor.
Extended Ride Time
For anyone who doesn’t want it to end.
Desert Dash (Advanced Riders)
For experienced riders who want a more adrenaline-forward ride style.
Sweet Cheers and Celebrate
A fun wrap-up with a celebration drink and sweet treat, plus extra photo moments.
Poker Run
Perfect for large groups who want an interactive challenge with stops, team energy, and big laughs.
These add-ons matter because they turn “we went on a tour” into “we had a whole experience together.”
Pickup vs Self-Drive: What’s Included Either Way?
On the Ride-Only tour, you can choose either hotel pickup or driving to our location.
Hotel pickup is available from:
Excalibur
Horseshoe
Resorts World
Golden Nugget
Self-drive is a great option if you want the shortest total time commitment.
Pickup is a great option if you want it to feel totally hands-off and you don’t want to think about logistics.
What You Need to Know Before You Arrive (So Check-In Is Smooth)
These policies are here to keep things safe and organized. Following them also protects your wallet.
RZR driver age requirement
RZR drivers must be 21+.
ID and credit card verification
The person who booked the tour must have the ID and credit card used to book available for verification. The driver’s license must match the card on file.
Incidentals and damage policy
These vehicles are serious equipment. If equipment is tipped or rolled, minimum charges apply plus any additional damages, charged to the card on file.
ATV tipped/rolled: minimum $300 plus any additional damages
2-seater RZR and 6-seater Ranger tipped/rolled: minimum $3500 plus any additional damages
4-seater RZR tipped/rolled: minimum $4500 plus any additional damages
The best way to avoid this is simple: listen to your guide, follow spacing rules, ride smooth, and don’t try to turn the desert into your personal stunt show.
Why These Inclusions Matter for Different Types of Guests
If you’re a first-timer, the guide support, gear, and safety briefing are what make it feel comfortable and approachable.
If you’re experienced, the private trails and add-ons like Extended Ride and Desert Dash are what keep it exciting.
If you’re a group, the Adventure Zone, celebration options, Poker Run, and media package are what make it feel like an actual event.
If you’re on a tight itinerary, the Ride-Only tour gives you the fun without taking over the whole day.
No matter who you are, the free photos and videos are what make you glad you didn’t spend the entire ride trying to capture it yourself.
Quick Checklist: What to Wear
Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. No exceptions.
We recommend:
Comfortable pants you can move in
Long sleeve shirt (sun, wind, desert terrain)
Sunglasses
Sunscreen
Light layer depending on season
Hair tie if you have long hair (helmets fit best with hair worn flat)
And yes, you’ll probably get dusty. If you’re heading straight into dinner plans, bring an extra shirt.
Ready to Book (Or Want Help Choosing the Best Tour)?
If you want an off-Strip experience that’s actually organized, actually scenic, and actually fun, Awesome Adventures is built for that. The inclusions aren’t “extras.” They’re the reason the day feels smooth, memorable, and worth it.
