For all vehicles here are some quick safety rules (more tour policies and dress code are listed below):

You must wear closed-toe shoes and a helmet (we will provide the helmet)
Reservations must be confirmed 48 hours before your tour with hotel pickup, lunch selection, credit card information, phone number and your email address
For safety reasons, we do not allow expectant mothers to ride a 2-seater Razor due to the terrain, which may include bumps, rocks, fast turns, speed, dips, and ruts. These activities could risk the safety of the mother and unborn child.
The average terrain speed is roughly 25 to 35 mph. The guides are in charge of keeping everyone safe, and it is at their discretion.
RZR – Ages 18+ to drive with a valid driver’s license and credit card
RZR – Minimum age to ride is 7 with a parent or guardian driving
No experience necessary
A minimum of 2 people to operate the tour
Weight limit – Minimum of 60 lbs, max of 375 lbs
No drinking or being intoxicated!
Clothing- Recommend long pants and dress appropriately for the weather

Operators must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and credit card on file for incidentals
Under 18 must ride with a parent/guardian present
Reservations required
Weight restrictions: Minimum 60 lbs., max 375 lbs.
No drinking or being intoxicated is allowed
Drinking, smoking marijuana, and/or using illegal drugs prior to or during your tour is strictly prohibited
Smoking of any kind is prohibited during the duration of the tour, including but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping pens, marijuana, CBD pens, etc. Due to the safety and well-being of others, please refrain from smoking until the conclusion of your tour
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate tour cancellation without a refund
You must follow guided tour safety instructions, or you will be asked to end your tour with no refund available
All participants must complete a Participant Agreement/Acknowledgment of Risk Form
A credit card must be called into Awesome Adventures before being picked up for a tour at 1-866-471-6331. The credit card holder is responsible for all incidentals and participants on tour. If the credit card holder does not want to be charged for other participants’ incidental damages to the equipment, then each participant needs a credit card called in prior to the tour.
Damage to any RZR is a minimum charge of $600.00 for tire/rim and $3,500.00 if rolled on the side or tipped over, plus any additional damages
A minimum of TWO people to operate any tour

No Crocs, Yeezy’s, high heels, slip-on shoes, flip flops, sandals, or open-toed shoes! You MUST have completely closed-toe shoes to ride or drive for your safety! If you show up without wearing closed-toe shoes, you will not be able to ride
Sneakers, boots, or closed-toed shoes only
We recommend no shorts due to the desert terrain and cacti. You are in the desert and need to be aware that rattlesnakes, cacti, and other wildlife may be present. We do our best to keep you safe, but you are still in the desert, so please dress accordingly.

Five or more days prior to your tour, you will get a FULL REFUND
Three to four days prior to your tour, you will get a 50% REFUND
48 hours or less prior to your tour, there is NO REFUND
NO SHOWS are non-refundable
If, for some reason, WE (Awesome Adventures) have to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund
