Tour Policy – Please Read Carefully
Late Arrivals:
If you show up late for your scheduled tour, your tour will be canceled. You may reach out to your guide to inquire about accommodations; however, please note that other guests are on the tour, and we will not delay their experience due to your late arrival. The office may try to reschedule your tour for another time, but no refunds will be issued if you miss your scheduled tour time.
Waivers Required:
Every person going on tour must complete a waiver. No exceptions. If your waiver is not completed, you will not be allowed to go on tour.
Closed-Toe Shoes & Clothing Requirements:
You must wear closed-toe shoes to participate in the tour. No open shoes, flip-flops, slippers, sandals, or high heels are allowed. If you arrive without proper footwear, you will not be able to participate, and no refund will be issued.
We strongly recommend wearing long-sleeved shirts and pants suitable for desert terrain and weather conditions. You may wear shorts but we do not recommend them — the trail features cacti, rocks, and rugged terrain, and parts of the ATV or RZR may become extremely hot and can cause burns to exposed skin.
Helmets are mandatory for all riders. If you cannot or choose not to wear a helmet, you will not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued.
Hair must be worn flat so that the helmet fits securely and comfortably. No buns or ponytails on top of the head, as helmets will not fit properly over raised hairstyles.
Helmet & Safety Gear Requirements:
- All ATV riders must wear a helmet.
- All RZR riders must wear both a helmet and a seatbelt.
No exceptions. If you do not comply, you will not be allowed on the tour.
ID and Credit Card Requirements:
You must present the ID and credit card used to book your tour, and the name must match the person doing the tour. This person will be responsible for all incidentals while on tour, including damages to vans, equipment, or other property.
Pregnancy Policy:
We care deeply about the safety of all our guests. Due to the rugged nature of our terrain and the physical impact of off-road riding, we are unable to allow pregnant women to participate in our tours. This is for your safety and the safety of your baby. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you on a future adventure when the time is right.
Equipment Definitions:
- ATVs: Honda TRX 250cc, fully automatic
- RZRs: Polaris 900cc, two-seaters
Also referred to as UTVs, side-by-sides, or dune buggies.
Drug & Alcohol Policy:
You cannot be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are, your tour will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be issued.
Respect Toward Staff:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrespects any of our staff.
Failure to follow safety instructions will result in removal from your tour, and no refund will be issued.
