Last Updated: 06/17/26
Welcome to Awesome Adventures! Please review the following tour policies before your adventure. These guidelines help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and smooth experience for all guests.
Reservations & Check-In
All tours must be booked in advance through our website.
The guest who booked the reservation must bring:
- A valid photo ID
- The credit card used to make the reservation
The booking guest is responsible for all incidentals and damages that occur during the tour.
All participants must complete a waiver before arriving. Guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the waiver on their behalf.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund if the cancellation request is received at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour time.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled tour, no-shows, missed pickups, or missed arrival times are not eligible for a refund.
If Awesome Adventures cancels a tour for any reason, guests will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule based on availability.
To request a cancellation, please contact our office as soon as possible.
Hotel Pickup & Arrival
If you selected hotel pickup, your pickup time will be sent by text and/or email before your tour.
Please be outside and ready 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Drivers cannot wait for late guests.
If you selected the self-drive option, you will receive arrival instructions, directions, and your guide’s contact information before your tour.

Tours depart on schedule.
Guests who arrive late may miss their tour and may not be eligible for a refund.

- Goggles
- Gloves
Helmets are required for all riders.
Seatbelts are required in all RZR vehicles.
Failure to wear required safety equipment may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Guests who appear impaired may be denied participation without refund.
Pregnancy Policy
For safety reasons, pregnant guests may not participate in ATV or RZR tours.
Weather Policy
Tours operate in most weather conditions.
Light rain often improves trail conditions and reduces dust.
Tour operations may be delayed, adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe by Awesome Adventures management.
Damage Responsibility
Guests are responsible for damage caused by reckless driving, negligence, failure to follow guide instructions, or misuse of equipment.
Damage charges may apply depending on the vehicle and extent of damage.
Guest Conduct
We want everyone to have a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience. Guests are expected to follow guide instructions and treat fellow guests and staff with respect at all times.
Awesome Adventures reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior creates an unsafe environment or interferes with the experience of others. No refunds will be issued in these situations.
