We Pick up from 4 Hotels – Excalibur, Horseshoe, Resorts World and Golden Nugget. We don’t recommend taking an Uber or Lyft because they can charge anywhere from $100 to $140 one way, plus you have to wait for them to pick you up again.

All Terrain Vehicle (ATV)

An ATV, is a single-seater off-road vehicle designed for dynamic, hands-on riding. Navigating through Eldorado Canyon’s diverse terrains with an ATV offers a personalized experience, allowing riders to feel every twist, turn and nuance of the terrain.

Polaris Razor (RZR/UTV)

Have fun with your companion with a memorable escapade driving in this 2-seater 900 Rzr (also referred as UTV or Dune Buggy). Half way through the tour we switch drivers, so both can experience the thrills of the off road adventure.

Late Arrivals:
If you show up late for your scheduled tour, your tour will be canceled. You may reach out to your guide to inquire about accommodations; however, please note that other guests are on the tour, and we will not delay their experience due to your late arrival. The office may try to reschedule your tour for another time, but no refunds will be issued if you miss your scheduled tour time.

Waivers Required:
Every person going on tour must complete a waiver. No exceptions. If your waiver is not completed, you will not be allowed to go on tour.

Closed-Toe Shoes & Clothing Requirements:
You must wear closed-toe shoes to participate in the tourNo open shoes, flip-flops, slippers, sandals, or high heels are allowed. If you arrive without proper footwear, you will not be able to participate, and no refund will be issued.

We strongly recommend wearing long-sleeved shirts and pants suitable for desert terrain and weather conditions. You may wear shorts but we do not recommend them — the trail features cacti, rocks, and rugged terrain, and parts of the ATV or RZR may become extremely hot and can cause burns to exposed skin.

Helmets are mandatory for all riders. If you cannot or choose not to wear a helmet, you will not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued.

Hair must be worn flat so that the helmet fits securely and comfortably. No buns or ponytails on top of the head, as helmets will not fit properly over raised hairstyles.

Helmet & Safety Gear Requirements:

  • All ATV riders must wear a helmet.
  • All RZR riders must wear both a helmet and a seatbelt.
    No exceptions. If you do not comply, you will not be allowed on the tour.

ID and Credit Card Requirements:
You must present the ID and credit card used to book your tour, and the name must match the person doing the tour. This person will be responsible for all incidentals while on tour, including damages to vans, equipment, or other property.

Pregnancy Policy:
We care deeply about the safety of all our guests. Due to the rugged nature of our terrain and the physical impact of off-road riding, we are unable to allow pregnant women to participate in our tours. This is for your safety and the safety of your baby. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you on a future adventure when the time is right.

Equipment Definitions:

  • ATVs: Honda TRX 250cc, fully automatic
  • RZRs: Polaris 900cc, two-seaters
    Also referred to as UTVs, side-by-sides, or dune buggies.

Drug & Alcohol Policy:
You cannot be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are, your tour will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be issued.

Respect Toward Staff:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrespects any of our staff.
Failure to follow safety instructions will result in removal from your tour, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled less than 72 hours before the tour, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will not receive a refund. We are more than happy to move your reservation to another day, as long as it is available.

Additional fees Up to 12% of the fees will be added when checking out for credit card, fuel, booking, tax and area fees.

Q: What kind of tours do you offer, and how much do they cost?
We offer 5 exciting tour options that combine adrenaline, history, and epic scenery! Prices vary based on the vehicle type and whether you drive yourself or get picked up from your hotelGo to the home page to check them out!!
Q: Do I need to make a reservation? Can I pay with cash?
Yes, advance booking is required. We do not accept cash. All reservations must be paid online using a credit/debit card that matches the name on your ID and waivers. IDs will be checked at pickup or at check-in. If names don’t match — you will not be allowed to join the tour.
Q: What hotels do you pickup from?
We offer pickup for groups of 6 or fewer at these hotels:

Groups of 7 or more?
 We’ll pick you up directly from your hotel!

Q: Do I just show up at the time of my tour, whether it’s hotel pickup or self-drive?

No. The office will send you a detailed message the day before your tour with everything you need for a smooth experience. This message will include:

  • Your exact pickup time (for hotel pickup) or arrival time (if self-driving)
  • The name and phone number of your assigned guide
  • The exact address of the tour location (if self-driving)
  • short video with driving instructions to help you find us easily

You must reply to the confirmation text and/or email. If we don’t receive a response during business hours, your tour may be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued. If you have questions after hours, please send a text to (702) 508-7395, and we’ll follow up as soon as possible.
Q: Where is your tour location?

Tour Location:

Important: Do NOT go to the 2875 N. Bronco office. Use Google Maps to search for the Nelson address directly.
Q: Can my group book separately?
Yes! We will send a link to you that you can forward to your group. It will include all the details they need to book the correct tour, date, time, waivers, and pickup info. Each person will be responsible for their own payment and incidentals.

Age, Driver, and Safety Requirements

Q: What are the age requirements?
Ages 5–15
 (min. 42 lbs, max. 350 lbs): May ride as a passenger in a 2-seater RZR with a parent or guide.
Ages 16–17
: May drive an ATV (no license required), but cannot drive a RZR.
Ages 18+
: May drive either ATV or RZR. Must have a driver’s license and credit card on file.
Parents/Guardians
 must accompany minors.
A small fee is available for a child to ride with a tour guide if they cannot drive or ride independently. Contact the office for custom accommodations.
Q: Does everyone need to sign a waiver?

Yes. Every single guest participating in the tour—whether they are driving, riding as a passenger, or just accompanying the group—must complete a waiver before the tour begins. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the waiver on their behalf.
Q: Do I need to know how to ride an ATV or 2-seater RZR?

No, our expert guides will teach you! If you ever feel unsafe or uncomfortable, you can ride with your tour guide in the RZR. We want you to have fun and feel safe!
Q: What is the weight limit?

Minimum: 42 lbs. | Maximum: 350 lbs.
You MUST be able to wear a seatbelt in the 2-seater RZR — no exceptions per our policy and insurance.
Q: Do I have to wear a helmet?
Yes. Helmets are required for all riders. Helmet sizes range from Youth to 5X. We provide helmet socks, helmets & gloves. Hair must be flat (no buns, updos, or extensions that prevent fit).

Yes! Review current ride times on the website. Call our office with your preferred tour, group size, and whether you’ll self-drive or need hotel pickup, and we’ll see how we can accommodate you.
Q: Can I bring lunch or snacks?
Yes! Feel free to enjoy lunch at our location after your ride and take in the amazing views.
Q: Can friends or family go on the tour if they’re not riding?

Yes, for a small fee. Please call the office for details.

Languages, Accessibility & Custom Requests

Q: Do the guides speak languages other than English?
No, but we do have translation apps available. Guests from all over the world enjoy our tours!
Q: What are the handicap rules?
You must be able to walk on gravel and use both hands to operate the equipment.
Q: Can you do private or custom tours?
Absolutely! Please call or email us with the number of people, your preferred date and time, and your tour choice. We’ll help plan your dream experience.
Q: Do you accommodate large groups or special occasions?

Tour Safety, Risks & Policies

Q: What if I get hurt on the tour?
You will sign a waiver acknowledging that off-road tours carry risk. We are not liable for injury, hospital bills, or legal fees. Please follow your guide’s safety instructions at all times. The nearest hospital is about 45 minutes away.
Q: Can I go on tour if I am pregnant?
No. For your safety and your baby’s, pregnant guests are not permitted on tour.
Q: What happens if it rains?
We monitor the weather closely. Light rain can actually make the tour more fun and less dusty! We provide rain covers. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll cancel the tour and refund you in full. In 9 years, we’ve only had to cancel twice.
Q: What happens if I damage the equipment?
ATV roll/flip: Minimum $300 + parts/labor.
RZR roll/tip
: Minimum $3,500 + parts/labor. Minor damage (e.g., tail light) is charged accordingly
You’ll be removed from the vehicle and ride with the guide if an incident occurs. Your card will be charged for the damages.
Q: Are there snakes?
Yes. This is the desert and snakes like rattlesnakes and Mojave greens do live here. They’re rarely active during the day and dislike noise. If you see one, walk away and it will too.

Tipping, Payments & Final Notes

Q: How can I tip my guide?
Tips are welcome via cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or the credit card used to book. Ask your guide what they accept.
