We pick up from 4 Major Hotels – Excalibur, Horseshoe, Resorts World & Golden Nugget – it’s Only $20.00 per person Round Trip – We don’t recommend taking an Uber/Lift because they can charge anywhere from $100 to $140 one way, plus you have to wait for them to pick you back up.

If you want to Self-Drive to our location, we are about 45 min from the Las Vegas Strip, 16880 NV-HWY 165, Nelson NV 89046. It’s worth the drive. After your tour, we are just 5 miles away from the Majestic Colorado River, offering outstanding views and fantastic photo opportunities!

  • Safety First: All participants must complete a Participant Agreement/Acknowledgement of Risk Form before the tour. Protective gear is provided, Helmets must be worn at all times while riding, and a credit card must be called in before the tour to cover incidental and potential damages.
  • Dress Code: It is mandatory to wear Closed-Toe shoes (No open shoes, flip-flops, slippers, or high heels. You will not be able to ride, and there is no refund if you do not wear closed-toe shoes) We recommend wearing long-sleeved shirts and pants suitable for desert conditions and weather (avoid shorts due to the presence of cacti, rocks, and rugged terrain) Hair must be flat to fit the helmet comfortably and securely (No ponytails or buns on top of head)
  • Age & Weight Limits: Minimum weight – 42 lbs; Maximum weight – 350 lbs. ATV riders must be at least 16 years old and accompanied by a parent or guardian during the tour. RZR passengers must be at least 6 years old, weigh a minimum of 42 pounds, and be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also the driver. Drivers for RZRs must be at least 18 years old and accompanied by a parent or guardian on tour. To book an RZR, you must be at least 21 years old and have a Credit Card on file for any incidents.
  • RZR drivers/Passengers Must wear seat belts at all times while riding.
  • Additional Safety Guidelines: No alcohol, intoxicants, or illegal drugs before/during the tour. Expectant mothers are not permitted on the ride due to the challenging terrain.
  • The average speed on tour is set between 15–25 mph at the guide’s discretion to keep everyone safe.
  • Reservation & Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed and acknowledged at least 24 hours before the tour. Same-day bookings are accepted up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled time via phone or online. You must acknowledge receipt of the meeting location, time, and any additional details sent by our office.
  • Credit Card & Incidentals: A credit card is required in advance to cover incidentals and potential damage fees. For damage incidents, ATV rollovers or tip-overs incur a minimum fee of $300, plus additional damages. RZR damages: Tire/rim damage starts at $600; rollover or tipped incidents begin at $3,500, plus extra charges.
  • Timing & Late Arrivals: Tour guides will wait 10 minutes after the scheduled tour start time. Late arrivals will result in the tour proceeding without you, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled less than 72 hours before the tour, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will not receive a refund. Additional fees (up to 11.3%) for park fees, fuel, and tax charges will be applied at checkout.
